Now how can Xenforo help me to create a website
Will it be automatically created or I have to take help of developer

You have to INSTALL xenforo software on your hosted server. Can easily be done by yourself or get in contact with @oman.

It's like wordpres CMS.
You setup a database in your server, you upload xenforo script, and run the xenforo installer script.

If you are still confused, i suggest you to try to install wordpress in your server first.

Once you have successfully installed wordpress by yourself, you should be able to install xf (of course after you pay the xf license ).
