XF 1.5 Bulk change userstate.

I have been using the soft bounce feature and have been a bit overzealous with some of the settings.

I have 1425 users with the Email Invalid ( bounced ) user state.

Can I bulk modify this attribute to valid ?

For the most part, if 1425 users had bounces of some sort, that may be indicative that there are problems with their emails -- I suppose they could be short term quota problems.
