XF 2.0 Browser fingerprinting?

I'm looking into migrating a decent sized forum to Xenforo and have a fresh test install of 2.0.7. The Brave browser (https://www.brave.com/) blocks a fingerprinting attempt from XenForo -



I'm wondering what specifically this (the fingerprinting from XenForo) is used for, where in the source code I might find it, and if there's a way to disable it?

Could be the hidden Canvas element that Modernizr (which is used by XenForo) creates for feature detection. This would be a false positive. Cannot be changed without code modifications afaik.
