XF 2.2 Broken Friendly Urls

My forums started to not working correctly after long time. Nothing changed but it seems friendly urls on forums had gone.

Contact your host - something has changed on the server such as the .htaccess file being modified or removed, or a configuration change.

Log directly in to the ACP and disable FURLs until it is resolve.

I disabled friendly urls in acp, but i got again problem with some forums

Yes, that forum already exists in ACP.
