XF 1.1 Bottom of "Conversation Participants" not displaying correctly

See the attached screenshot. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

This is the style property for that area. Look for white borders in that property.

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> Building Blocks -> Section Footer

Thanks Jake, it all seems to check out though? See my new screenshot attached.

Also, note that the ones above (Conversation Info and Signed in as...) are displaying as they should. It seems the problem is specific to this particular block only, but yet I have not made any changes (that I'm aware of) that would have this effect?
