XF 1.1 BotScout DB

My users all of a sudden are having toruble registering due to this error:

Failed to connect to the BotScout database. Please try again later.

Can someone please help? I have no clue what this is...

Yes, I do....but why would it only hit one user every now and then?

Taking the error literally, it is failing to connect to BotScout. It's a service issue.

You never told us which add-on. Take Jaxel's XenUtiles for example, has an option to allow registration when the servers are down. With that option unchecked, you might get this type of inconsistent behavior.
Put a checkmark in the box!

Thanks Dodgeboard...I am using [8wayRun.Com] XenUtiles (Tools) so I do not have the capability to do what you have referenced...I just disabled botscout though...I actually kind of like the utilities tyou ahve posted here much better though...
