XF 2.2 Blocking the "&" character in the password

Is there a way to do this? I searched a lot but couldn't find anything.

If I find where I can do the custom code, I can, but I can't find that part. We have a software, we log in with xenforo api and the software does not work when there is an "&" character in the password part of the software. That's why I want to block this character completely.
