XF 2.2 Blocking Discord CDN links

I'm looking to block Discord CDN links on my forum. They disappear after 24 hours which is not ideal at all. I'm wondering if there's a way I can tell the user to use the forum attachment system or Imgur before the actual post is made. I'm not looking to restrict all links, just blacklist the Discord CDN. Is the censoring system the best way to go? I tested it and while it replaces https://media.discordapp.net with the message saying * PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DISCORD CDN *, I'm wondering if I can replace the entire link / prevent them from posting in the first place

I just installed that extension and tested it and it doesn't seem to be working. I just tried to embed a discord image and it still links to the Discord image and there's no indication it uploaded to the attachment system
