XF 2.0 Blank Page For Some Users When Visiting the Homepage

We're having an issue with our XenForo instant and we aren't sure what the cause is. The issue is that certain users will visit the home page of our forum and only a blank page will load:

The issue happens on desktop as well and has been reported in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. One work around is to bypass the forum home page and head straight to a category node. Another work around is navigating in Incognito or Private mode. Despite all our efforts we have not been able to replicate the issue or figure out what causes it. Here are some things we have done to troubleshoot:

• We have cleared and reset akamai and memcached
• We have rebuilt master data from the XenForo side of things
• We have made sure there is not an issue with the language package
• We have installed the latest version of XenForo
• We have checked to make sure we aren't getting jobs stuck in the job queue

Unless you can reproduce it on demand, it's going to be difficult to troubleshoot.

You have a very heavily customised home page so it could be one of the customisations/add-ons/scripts, or something at the server level.

You can try reverting to a default style with all add-ons disabled and custom scripts removed, but you will more than likely want to do that on a dev instance, to avoid impacting the live site.
