Well, another new guy to this topic. Having the same issue. I did try the suggested fix in extra.less, but it didn't work for me. Like others, it seems to be an issue only when I'm logged in as admin. I did try what @Mike S suggested and added the code directly too the bottom of the member_tooltip.less template and that seems to have fixed it (fingers crossed)

    display: flex !important;
}

    flex-grow: 1;
}

Well, ALMOST.

As has been pointed out this is a temporary fix that works some the time but sometimes you get poor results.

See the examples ... as you can see the padding/formatting is weird and I have yet to be able to ascertain when this happens and when it doesn't. Anyway it's a fix for now!
