Birthday - Put the year optional

I am not sure if this is already possible or not.
Let the user choose if they want to fill in the year into the birthday field or not. A lot of people don't like the idea that users know their age but don't mind letting them know when their birthday is.

The optinal birthday year entry is a nice feature which I have seen on other platforms and I liked it.
What do you think?

That's already possible.

Just set the option in User Registration accordingly; uncheck Require Date of Birth and Minimum Age.

It is then optional.
