XF 2.1 Big problem with Ipad!

Have you ever marked text to use bbcode with a button on an Ipad?
Because of a popup it is not possible!
There should be really a solution!

Wow! A big problem indeed.

This is not a Xenforo issue. It is just how a tablet works. Also other tablets or phones. They all give a popup when selecting text. And yes sometimes can this block certain buttons underneath it.

BTW, it works well on my Pixel C.

The pop up that appears is generated entirely by iOS which Apple do not provide any control over. The only workaround is to move the text lower down in the editor (add some line breaks before it) in order to ensure that the iOS popup doesn't obstruct it.
