XF 2.1 Best way - Upgrade or Import

Hi folks,

i have actually a XF1.5 and want to switch to XF2.1. What is the "best way" to do this, should i do an upgrade or a new install and an import?

You're upgrading from one version to the next.

The importers are not designed for that - they are for importing content into an existing installation.

Upgrade under any circumstances, the database can't be that damaged/bloated/etc. to warrant the hassle of an import.

An import imports the basic data required to run the forum (members, forums, threads, etc.) but you will almost always loose data (like logs, custom tables, etc.)
