XF 2.2 Best way to Import from Vbulletin

Hey, I have sucessfully imported my vb 4.x forum to xen 2.2

However, I would like to Import data from these 3 mods, what are the workarounds?

1.iTrader -
2.Personal Notepad
3. PhotoPlog Pro - Xen Gallery

You can use XenCenter Feedback system for iTrader. The others require custom imports.

I would need to check on Personal Notepad, I don't recall doing it before, but could write a custom import.
I have the other two custom imports already done.
