Well Done. You had a better hair style in before pic :).

I was 22 and 82kgs at 170cm that is a lot.
Now I am at 67kgs,
Intermittent fasting ( Will not have breakfast or dinner 4 times a month) and 20 minutes of high intensity workout 5 times a week.

Fasting is another way to get the cravings away.

That's an impressive increase in HDL.
No drug does that. :)

The thing with running btw, like with all sports, in my experience is that you will have to keep it up constantly otherwise that belly will grow back again :D

Certainly is. It's a good job I do enjoy it as well, as I didn't get on with cycling (found it rather boring - sorry @Clickfinity ;)) and have trouble with my ears which causes problems with me swimming.
Back to around 50KM a week for my Half Marathon training.
 
Looks solid, Matt. Keep it up. Exercise keeps you looking more youthful and energetic as you get older. There's some silly strong 75-90 yo blokes at my gym who lift more than your average gym junky. Can't even tell they're that old.
