Can someone provide full instructions on how to get from the point of installing this plugin to getting it to work? What does the user have to do to start seeing an alert about push notifications? I installed the plugin, put in the token for Pushover and also the pushbullet client/answer. What's next? Does the user have to download the pushover or pushbullet app to start getting notifications? It's not fully clear how to get from start to finish.
