bdCache_Core::_getRequestUriSignature() is called before session is setup
My shoutbox archive is not working anymore. :(
 
After installing this addon, I have noticed that when logging out of the forum it still shows as logged on, but when you click a restricted forum it then asks you to log in, but the home page still shows has being logged in.

No, the link in moderator bar only purge cache for the current page. There is no option to purge cache for all pages for now. Maybe I will need to add it in next version.

Some of our users are saying that they're seeing a css-less version of the site on Desktop and Mobile. What should be the possible fix?
 
I encounter the same problem as @TheBigK when I have ngx_pagespeed with combine css enabled.
I just disable pagespeed filter combine_css and problem solved.
