When adding bb codes to the drop-down list and they contain a long description, it does not fit on the page in the phone. And accordingly, almost all text is not available

The expectation for any text or button that you add to an editor dropdown menu (or tooltip) is that it's going to be very short.

Even considering the absolute minimum screen width we might consider (320px), I was able to fix "This is a sentence with really long text" before it reached the edge of the viewport. As such, I don't believe we'll change anything here. We'd have to recommend that you use shorter wordings when possible.
