Fixed batch update threads filtering issue

xF 1.2 w/ no addons.

I have 50 threads, all are moderated and 2 are locked as well.

When using batch update threads, I select 'Moderated' and 'Unlocked' and hit Search.

Expected results, 48. Actual results, 2.

'Moderated' and 'Locked' gives the reverse - expected, 2 - actual 48.

Yeah, the values in the HTML are simply inverted from their labels. Sorted now, thanks.
