Lack of interest Batch Update Custom Thread Fields

As title, the "Batch update threads" /admin.php?threads/batch-update offers searching threads by selecting any Custom fields but on next page where we Batch update /admin.php?threads/batch-update/confirm matched threads, Custom thread fields would be useful.

We have thousands of threads where we plan to use the new "Custom Thread Fields" in XF2 and we'd need to update thousands of existing threads one by one. I think it make sense to include the full support of "Custom Thread Fields" in Batch update threads.

XF 2.2 Deleting custom thread fields - I don't think the current functionality is good. It makes them risky to use so I don't use them for anything important
