XF 2.1 Batch update based on custom user field?

I'd like to do a batch update but is it possible to specify if my custom user field is empty?

I have a custom field but I want to find users where the custom field is empty. It's a single-line text field so I can't just select/deselect like it was a checkbox.

Is there a way?
