XF 1.5 Banning via IP address

I see users have multiple IP addresses when looking in the ACP side at the IP tab. I there a way to home in on one IP address to be able to ban them via their IP address. As to keep them from signing up under another username?

In the ACP, find a user, click on the IP Addresses tab and then click on Ban IP below the IP address you want to ban.

Thats the issue, there are 15 or more IP addresses for that member.

It's not clear what you are asking for, as you said:

Maybe you should explain in a bit more detail exactly what you want to achieve.

Not if they're using dynamic IP addresses, no.
