Banned members showing in Members online widget and Current visitors page

When a banned member attempts to log in, their last_activity is still updated. This causes them to appear in the "Members online" widget and on the "Current visitors" page.

Expected behavior: last_activity should not be updated for accounts with a banned status.

Would have to disagree with this one, it's quite useful to record when a banned account was last accessed. It can be operator preference to not display it within the members online widget, but it's harmless either way. Losing the activity record would be negative effect in our opinion.
