XF 2.2 Banned members profile can not be visited

A member who has been banned can not visit for other members. Is it possible to solve it so it is possible to visit the banned person's profile?

Only moderators can access the profiles of banned members.

s it possible to change that? Thinking like this, I get banned here on Xenforo but another member wants to see posts I made that the member thinks are useful then the member can not see my posts either.

The posts are still visible in threads.

It's only the profile which is restricted.

It would require custom development to change it.

The posts are on the forum but there is a difference that I can go to your profile now and look for your posts and not be able to do it as a member.
But is there a lot of work behind making the profile available to members?

I did have someone create a public page that was once for members and it was not hard. It's probably a conditional. All you have to do is ask for the help and you should receive it.

Which developer then? Is not that a good thing I ask for?
There is other software with forums and those that are banned, their posts can be searched on their profile. Should not be "closed" to members.
