Third party Backspace-Key on Windows 11 touch keyboard doesn't repeat

Sorry for any bad english, I try to explain it as best as I can: Usually, when you press and hold the backspace key, it will repeat deleting letter by letter until you lift your finger. This doesn't work with the Windows 11 touch keyboard, it will delete only one letter and then stop. I guess it's not a Windows bug because it works as expected with other apps and websites.
Maybe Windows 10 is affected too.

Note to anyone experiencing this, I was able to reproduce this bug in Edge (chromium-based) with the Windows 11 touch keyboard.

It works correctly in Firefox.
