Is there a way to back up our forum?

Go to phpmyadmin to export your database, then make a backup of your forum files. cPanel also offers automatic backups.

No cPanel is a separate software which allows you to manage your server. Ask your web hosting company if they offer cPanel and how to access it.

    Ok thanks.

And when referring to phpmyadmin you mean the /admin.php area right?
