Hello,
We used to have people's avatars in contact emails, making life much easier if we need to delete / amend their accounts as necessary.
Whereas now it's removed, the process is more frustrating.
Is there a way to please have this back or does anyone know how to insert them into the contact template?
If someone requested deletion from the contact form, these were the steps;
Click avatar in email > account > edit > delete.
Now it's this;
Highlight user email in email > copy> got to ACP> members > search > search using email> paste > results > click member account > edit/delete.
If on mobile - as sometimes you do administrate from mobile, this can be a nightmare. Desktop is bad enough.
