XF 1.3 Avatar editor does not work

After the upgrade 1.2.4 to 1.3.0 stopped working popup editing window avatar

Chmod checked everything is on place filled all files 2-3 times!

There's something blocking the request from being redirected correctly. You can see this by going to <url>/account/avatar vs index.php?account/avatar. It will be something configured on your server as XenForo isn't being hit.

Please do not bump messages after only a few hours.
