Implemented Autovalidator for Perm Definition Form

Add a Autovalidator to new Permission Definition Form.

Sometimes it's really annoying , if you want to create a new permission, you type everything in and after you send the form, you'll get redirected to a empty page with a error message

Please enter a value using 25 characters or fewer.

Also the error doesn't say what field isn't valid (ok, it's the permission_id, but if you create the first time a new perm definition, how should you know this? )

Pls add the same check also to the "create new admin navigation" page.

It's also limited to 25 characters, but there's no check before you submit the form


Edit: Pls add it to all the *_edit admin templates.

They all have a very small title field and it's very frustrating to fill the form, click save and have to refill the form again if you don't have a browser plugin which saves the form for you^^
