XF 2.2 Automated account upgrade not working?

Today I tested Xenforo's payment system functionality for the first time.

I had a doubt.

I did it through Paypal. And I did a test with another member account. I did a test purchase.

I made the payment and checked everything. The amount was paid by credit card and the money has already gone to the account.

But it's been many hours. The account I used to upgrade does not have any payment or upgrade validation information via Paypal.

How long does it take for this to happen?

Shouldn't it be an automatic process?

I didn't find any record of attempted purchases from the other account.

Well I tested and with the addon is working.

The problem is on Paypal?

How can we fix this?



I reach this screen paying with paypal too, but no upgrades to account.

Hmmmmmmm maybe that's the problem. I don't know about this. I'll check now.

Paypal is "repeating" the notifications. And the second payment is in queue.

I assume you already know you must have business account to accept payments

I was asking the support of Paypal. They told me that only business account are allowed to have permission to do it.

This is sad.

Not really, you just need to be verified.
