Add-on Auto-moderate based on certain criteria

I'm quite surprised to see there is no such thing yet, although this should be part of default xenforo installation and it has been suggested before https://xenforo.com/community/threads/moderate-posts-based-on-certain-criteria.25401/

If content (post, thread, etc) matches one of the chosen keywords, it goes into auto-moderated queque. Also a disable/enable option for auto-moderation if content includes an email address or an attachment.
