XF 1.1 Australia Users Encountering Problems

Hello. A couple of my users in Australia are encountering issues that I cannot explain. When attempting to access our fora, they are frequently logged out randomly and occasionally see this page: http://www.spellweave.com/images/forum.jpg. Sometimes they're get notification that they aren't logged in when attempting to post threads. We had a DNS change a couple of days ago, but I'd think their DNS had refreshed by now.

That would be my first guess. The upgrade message in the picture should affect everyone. But if it's only affecting some users then your old server might be in play here.

You should setup a redirect on your old server to take care of any lingering requests that are sent there.
