XF 2.2 audio 403 Forbidden

Hello
I uploaded a sound mp3 after the upgrade
The hosting is uploading but we can't hear it !!!



What's the reason?

Have you ever uploaded video? If so, does that work as expected?

Can you provide a URL where we can see the issue?

My guess is that something outside of XF (web server configuration) is blocking this file from being served, possibly due to file permissions.

Yes it works. Video works

As suspected, the forbidden response is coming from your web server, so you'll have to look at your web server's error logs to see if there's anything that gives an indication of the reason this is happening. XenForo can essentially only put the file in place as we allow the web server to serve it directly.

That's the XF ACP error log and that error is unrelated to this issue - it appears to be from the custom UIX theme you are using.

To solve the audio issue, as Mike said, you will need to get your host to check the server error log and make any necessary changes to allow those files to be served.
