XF 2.0 Attachments: large images (with massive dimensions) not creating thumbnails

For very large files, you cannot choose the Thumbnail or Full Size options after uploading an image during thread creation.

I tried uploading an example of a problem file, but it's too large (in bytes) for this forum. To recreate, increase the image limit on the forum, and then get a pic that is over 5000x5000 pixels, or so. It will successfully attach, but no options for thumbnail or full size. Attempting to edit after posting does not help. Example below.

I inspected permissions, tested with multiple file types, and even installed Imagick (vs. default GD) - same result.

Add this to your config.php file:

$config['maxImageResizePixelCount'] = 100000000;
