We do caching via Cloudflare. I wonder if there would be a way to update the filename, or add a dateline after the image if it is updated? image.x?8888 for example?

For example, if I add a border to an image and view the post and refresh the page -- the old image is displayed. It only updates if I force the cache to update and then I see the changed image. It will be difficult to explain this to users.
