Hi i try RM demo i wonder it is possible to disable attachment option only external links for download?

I don't understand what you're asking.

Attachments and external download URLs are unrelated.

when add new resources need to attach options is not visible for user, only option external link for user and download resources

That is indeed configured by the resource types mentioned initially.

If you're referring to attaching images to the description (this would be unrelated to external downloads as you mentioned initially), those are handled through permissions.

another question when create prefix on RM and assign category for it then create forum for that category where thread shows, there is no show prefixes inside forum, or i am do it wrong?

Resource prefixes are separate from thread prefixes.
