Lack of interest Attachment Browser Extra Search Option

I've recently removed a couple of add-ons, and one of them dealt with images. I'm now left with quite a few orphaned attachments.

You can see these in the Attachment Browser, and they are listed as having no content type

It would be useful to be able to search for these in the dropdown box, so would make deleting them in bulk a but quicker.
