Lack of interest Attached file problem

I want the user not to see the picture attached to the topic. But when I do this the user cannot upload pictures. I want it to upload a picture. But you can't see pictures added on other subjects. When I check Can't see pictures, it can't upload pictures at the same time. Two different user permissions conflict.

Solution: When I give permission to upload images, it shouldn't see images from other threads.

So you want a permission which allows members to only see the images they have uploaded?

What would be the point of that?

Two different tracks conflict with each other.

The member cannot see the attached pictures.
Members can upload pictures.

I want to use the above two features at the same time. May upload pictures but not see all loaded pictures.
