XF 2.1 Approval Queue miscounted

Hello,

Our approval queue was at 2, a hidden topic for later and a post a moderator unapproved. I then deleted the unapproved post and our approval queue jumped from 2 to 4,800... when I click into the approval queue, I only see the one topic needing approval.
I can't find a cache to rebuild or a cron to run to recount this. Any idea or suggestions?

Edit: The software seems to have resolved this. If you know how how I could have helped it happen a little quicker, let me know!

This is something I am seeing occasionally.

For example, just now logged on as admin, the approval queue shows "56" whereas the actual queue only contains 6 items.

Refreshing doesn't clear this, but if I logoff, then logon again it returns to the correct value. (XF 2.1.3)

I've seen this issue on and off for the past year, I have no idea what causes it. It just popped up again today. Not sure if it's from an addon or what. It typically resolves itself within a few hours. As far as bugs go, this is not so bad
