API - Send body as json

At this moment (2019.08.14), XenForo supports only requests with Content Types:

• application/x-www-form-urlencoded
• multipart/form-data

It will be nice if we can send JSON.

In some cases there is no way to send something other than JSON to REST-API, by default XenForo supports only application/x-www-form-urlencoded and multipart/form-data. I think it would be very convenient for developers.

Certainly nice to have, but IMHO not really thaat important (and pretty easy to add via an Add-on if required).

Native support would be nice and a small development effort to implement. But in the meantime, I have built in support for this in my apps.
