If I recall correctly, a new thread is started for each posting in the section you're getting a feed from.

I'm at lunch - on my phone, but basically, you just create a new feed in your AdminCP.

AdminCP -> Applications -> Registered Feeds

Use the RSS feed URL (from CL) and set the other options as you see fit.

If you need more help, can add more later.
