Apis Networks was the first host I ever used, back when it was just a couple of guys on the Something Awful forums and they did a deal for other forum users for about $20 for the year. That was about 15 years ago, and I'm still with them now! Not for XenForo - I migrated my forum to a UK host when it started to get bigger just so our timezones were in sync - but it's nice to have a totally separate host and CP for testing stuff and playing around.
They are now called Hostineer, so it's not strictly the same as your link, but it's the same people, and that link talks about how the ApisCP platform was spawned from the (successful) journey from Apis Networks to Hostineer.
Customer service is great, Matt and the team are really responsive and are always happy to make changes to the platform / configuration if you need it.
