I have also noticed that change. I have also noticed another change: No more vB bashing allowed since a few days (which is good!). Extended to IPB, but only after that complaint came up.

You should close this thread, if nobody is allowed to write what he/she thinks.

One of the oldest rules here was no competitor bashing.

It was just ignored for a long period of time until recently.

You should really write "unwanted" speculations.
Otherwise you should remove the speculations in the lawsuit threads (mostly written by moderators) that "XenForo will almost for sure win the case", that "the judge will most likely close the case in favor for XF if the settlement talks are not successful", etc.

Removing just speculations you don't want is ***********.

Almost all of the moderators didn't follow this rule and took part in those threads (many people like me didn't, just for clarification). And now -just now- it was decided to close and even delete them.

No, now is when KAM roll out version 3.0 which they have been working on in secret (like so many here think) while not being allowed to post on their own forum due to a court order
