Thanks. The door was the only answer I got out of this experience. Guess that's the good thing about chats and no person to person contact. It's probably much easier for accountability, and there's probably a board on that.
I got left hanging half the day to download something I couldn't get addressed until I asked for a refund?
One favor please. This software is by far the best I've ever been an admin or poster on. Any recommendations? I've got 5-7k that are dying for this to be up last week. Already hired two writers, who are writing great, informative stuff, that I can't provide.
I can use one of the cookie cutter ones off GoDaddy for sarcoidosis awareness, education, and resources. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
