Any experience with Knownhost shared plans?

I'm currently considering switching hosting providers from LiquidWeb and have been looking into KnownHost as a potential alternative. At the moment, I'm running on a VPS from LiquidWeb with 2 vCPUs and 2 GB of RAM. I'm now considering KnownHost's shared hosting plan, which offers 4 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM.

While I’m a bit hesitant about moving to a shared environment, KnownHost claims that resources are isolated per account, which makes it more appealing.

I’m mainly looking for feedback or experiences from others. The site I manage includes a XenForo forum with around 660,000 posts and a WordPress front end.

Don’t know about Knownhost, but have you looked at OVH ? I’m running 12 websites on shared hosting plan and seems to be alright.

I've used Knownhost for over 12 years now and have zero complaints. While I no longer have a shared plan, I have used their shared plan before, and still zero complaints. I'll also say that their support is second to none. They're very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for hosting, and will continue to do so unless any of this changes. After 12+ years, though, I don't see that happening.

I migrated a mate to their Basic+ reseller plan a few months back and so far so good.

He had a few small wordpress sites and a low traffic XF site, so he wanted seperate cpanel logins for all the sites in case he hires various people to do work on them. Support was great with the migration, always had great support from them. Isolated resources for each account is great too.

Reason for move was namecheap were crap and the support was terrible.
