XF 1.3 Any Cloudflare issues?

If I use cloudflare on my site with Xenforo, using their Medium Security Level & Fastest (Blazing fast speeds) Optimization.. will it cause any issues with Xenforo or anything?

If it enabled Rocket<EXP>loader, then yes, you will have problems. That feature is in BETA and apparently has problems (unless you get all the exclusions listed - and no, I don't have a list of them as it's not worth using it), especially with logons.

So I can use CDN + Full Optimizations and just disable Rocket Loader... then I should be good right?

I run it on my site and also their rail-gun service. I think my site is pretty fast. I have heard as @Tracy Perry mentioned that Rocket Loader can cause problems.
