Feature requests:
  1. Please add a weekly check if the subscription is still valid. Our subscription was expired for quite some time, but we had no way of knowing. We never visit the cleantalk dashboard.
  2. Display spam stats in xenforo admincp
  3. Add to the rejected user log or add your own log in xenforo.
 
This addon does not seem to be compatible with @Naz 's Tickets:

When a new ticket is created by a new member, the ticket and the discussion thread are automatically placed in moderation state because these contain links. Some of those links are inserted by Cleantalk, because staff needs to see what the Cleantalk status of the account of the member is. CleanTalk should ignore Tickets content.

No, xenforo has functionality for this. You should add it to your plugin.
  1. I did not receive any email. Yu should display in xenforo, just like you do in WordPress.
  2. Xenforo has statistics, logs and an overview of statistics on the admin home page. It should be easy for you to display it there.
    I have been a customer for decades and never log into your dashboard.
    Moderators are not be able to do so. But moderators need this information to answer questions about member registrations. Members file support tickets asking why they are denied.. Moderators answer the tickets, but have no access to your data.
    On xf1 the data was automatically added to their support ticket in Nixfifty Tickets. (the addon linked above)
  3. Your logs are not helpful at all because it needs to be in XenForo, not your system. just like in your WordPress plugin.
    It should be easy to implement, because XenForo has the statistics system setup for you. Other providers use it as well.
Alternatively you can consider to contact @Xon and ask him if he wants to add your functionality to his Signup Abuse addon. Or even the XenForo team to see if they want to add it to core.

You really have a great system with a blacklist that blocks most spammers and does so really well. You offer an amazing service that many forum owners need and even at a really low cost. It resolves one of the main headaches of forum webmasters, who deal with many millions of spammers.

But your addon is really lacking which prevents you from getting many customers.
You have 350 downloads for 22 versions of your addon, which is probably a few dozen installations. On WordPress you have 300k active installations. A few dozen active installs on xf is extremely low for such a good service.

Please rethink this. Either offer a good integration yourself or work with a XenForo developer to implement it for you.
You will see the results if you do this, because your service is a life saver for the 190.000 webmasters on this website.

  1. We are planning to add notifications about the expired access key in the next release. We'll let you know as soon as it's released.
  2. You can find the statistics here: Logs → Statistics. Also, you can create a separate CleanTalk account for your moderators and grant access to your website for them via the delegation option: https://cleantalk.org/help/delegation

  3. At this time, we have no plans for such a feature. We'll let you know if something like that is added to the plugin.
