Another "How Can I ..." for the Moderation Queue

When I'm looking at messages in the moderation queue, it would be nice to know _why_ I'm looking at them. In my case, the reasons could be two - one is that it's a person's first post, and another is that I've made them a member of my "Moderate All Posts" group because I want to approve everything they post before anyone else sees it.

The Spam Cleaner add-on we have is very helpful - something like this would be very helpful, too. Is it possible?
