You can try repairing the session table or you can truncate (empty) it - using phpMyAdmin.
Not really sure what that means. I am good at ACP stuff but getting into mysql is a bit beyond my skill set. If I open a support ticket can someone help me?

It's outside the scope of ticket support but your host should be able to help, otherwise your sysadmin (if you have one).

All you have to do is repair the table. Select the session table and from the drop down list of options choose for repair.

Or run this query in the SQL box.

Code:
REPAIR TABLE xf_session;
Or you can delete that table altogether and then recreate it again.

If the issue will still happen then that usually means that you're out of disk space or there is s file system corruption. In that case you would need to contact your host.
