Am I registered customer or just community member?

Before purchase (I'm going to buy license) your system asked me about login : Customer Login | XenForo
my login and psw from Support forum doesn't work for this.

Does it mean that me community login is not available for my purchase ?
Should I register again with another login for first purchase ?

Forum accounts and customer accounts are separate. If you've never created a customer account, you will need to create one.

Yes, the forum community, and the customer side of things are separate.

I imagine that is largely for data protection reasons since there is no legitimate reason to store very personally identifiable information (such as is required in a purchase) in the same database as a forum account.

That's my guess anyway.
